  I found Fairfax Power Washing via Google search. Our home and neighborhood had many areas in need of cleaning, and as a member of the HOA board, I wanted to ensure we received a quality service within budget. Ivan did an incredible job! The results were amazing and his knowledge of what causes mold, mildew, moss, algae and anything that discolors brick, concrete, wood, etc. is vast. Ivan completed my house and a significant area of our neighborhood walkways and pool area (plus brick walls) in one day, even through rain and past sunset. After we had a chance to move our pool furniture off the surrounding concrete, he returned and did the entire pool area. The before and after were very different and we couldn’t be more pleased with everything! As testimony to his quality of work and affordability, we are creating a list of additional areas in need of power washing. I only have a few “after photos” for this post, but I’m sure he can provide before photos. Thank you to his wife for allowing him to spend two days with us, I imagine his calendar is full. I have to admit I was skeptical when the technician claimed he can have it cleaned as I was convinced by other companies which I quoted that I need a roof replacement. I even warned them that if they don’t deliver, I’m not paying. Well it’s nice to be proved wrong from time to time. They truly removed all of the moss and only used cleaning solutions, no harsh procedures that can hurt the integrity of my roof. I also appreciate that they took the time to explain the process to me in detail and to reassure me of the results during the process.
